1. How do I take this tincture, and how much should I use?

Take 2 mL twice a day under the tongue or in a beverage. Shake well before use.

2. What benefits can I expect from this mushroom tincture?

Effects are subtle and build over time—most users feel benefits within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Each mushroom provides unique support:

3. Are your mushroom tinctures safe to use with medications or health conditions? Are they psychedelic?

Our tinctures are made from natural, non-psychedelic mushrooms. They do not produce any psychoactive or hallucinogenic effects.


Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a bleeding disorder, are taking blood thinners, immunosuppressants, diabetes medication, blood pressure medication, or have an autoimmune condition. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. If you have any medical condition or take prescription medications, consult your healthcare provider before use.

4. How are your tinctures made? What does “dual-extracted” mean?

We use a dual-extraction process—both hot water and alcohol—to extract a full spectrum of beneficial compounds from the fruiting body of the mushroom. This includes beta-glucans (immune-supporting polysaccharides) and triterpenes and sterols (adaptogenic and antioxidant compounds) that are often missed by single-extraction or powdered products.

This process makes our tinctures far more bioavailable and potent than the mushroom powders or coffee blends many other brands use—those often skip alcohol extraction entirely and may contain mycelium on grain (not pure mushroom). With dual extraction, you’re getting a concentrated, full-spectrum product designed for real therapeutic benefit.
