Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Shipping varies based on location. A tracking number will be provided.
Shipping Methods & Cost: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Shipping varies based on location, depending on customs and destination. A tracking number will be provided.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking is provided when available; some countries may have limited tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Damaged products upon arrival are eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–14 business days. Exchanges are shipped once the returned item is received, inspected, and the tamper seal is verified.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived broken.
Broken Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Upload a photo or video showing the damage when you submit your request so we can process your replacement or refund quickly.
How to Return: Contact us at our contact form to initiate a return or exchange. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
Exchanges: To exchange a product, it must have the original tamper seal intact. Products with broken or missing seals cannot be exchanged for safety and quality reasons.
Note: Opened tinctures may not be eligible for return due to food safety and quality standards.
